Todd Garfinkel is a dental industry professional who has worked with dentists for over 18 years. Having worked with one of the largest dental distributors in the country, Todd’s main objective was always and continues to be exploring and understanding his clients’ unique needs and circumstances. Applying a proven, systematic process and utilizing a trusted circle of influence including CPAs, lawyers, valuation specialists and suppliers, Todd successfully guides his clients through the sometimes-unfamiliar world of selling and buying practices. His primary focus is to facilitate smooth and harmonious transitions for all involved.

Sheryl Garfinkel brings more than 32 years of in-depth dental industry experience and knowledge.  Sheryl started her dental career as a crown and bridge lab technician before becoming a dental business manager, where she learned the industry firsthand. After many years in business management, Sheryl joined Patterson Dental as a software and technology advisor. She has also worked privately with dentists in a consulting capacity focusing on profitability, efficiency and team building. In helping her clients navigate the transition process, she believes in guiding them with care and respect.

Nancy Blanch brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a representative in the dental industry. With 18 years of experience as a territory representative in Virginia, Maryland, and DC, Nancy has built strong relationships with her clients by providing comprehensive support in dental products, equipment, and services. Her commitment to top-notch service is evidenced by her long-term client partnerships. Born and raised in Northern Virginia and a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, Nancy holds a deep connection to her community and alma mater. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, traveling to new places, boating, and striving to improve her golf game. With her extensive industry knowledge and passion for client satisfaction, Nancy Blanch is well-positioned to continue making a significant impact with her current and future clients in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
